No two clients arrive in the same body, with the same history, with the same goal. So no two programs look the same.

How we work together

We start with where you are — a real conversation about your history, the work you've already done, what's already feeling good, what's holding back, and what you want this to lead to. From there I build a program that meets you at exactly that point and moves forward from it.

There's no shortage of apps and workout videos promising results — but a screen can't see you. It can't catch the shoulder that compensates, the form that quietly breaks down on your last few reps, or the fact that the plan you're following was never built for your body in the first place. Personal training is the difference between guessing and knowing: a coach watching every rep, adjusting in real time, and holding you to a program that's actually yours. That attention is what turns effort into results — and what keeps you progressing instead of plateauing, spinning your wheels, or getting hurt.
